Little Cabin in the Woods: Part 1

For our 15 year dating anniversary (yes, we celebrate that!), YS and I rented a little cabin in the middle of the mountains in Virginia. It was tucked so far away from civilization that there's no cell signal for 30 minutes by car in any direction, and I could prance around half naked to my heart's delight.

All of this basically meant there would be outdoor spankings, and lots of them!

We arrived late Friday night, and after a quick dip in the hot tub, we found better things to do in the bedroom. By the time morning came around, YS had worked up quite the appetite, so I busied myself making breakfast while he showered. That was the original plan, at least. Instead, I realized that the refrigerator was also a CHALK BOARD! Aaaaand they left a cup full of chalk out. For me!

As much as I wanted to make breakfast, it was clear what I had to do: document our adventure. So I set about my task.

Someone else had written "free ice cream!" across the freezer, but they lied, because the freezer had no such ice cream. Still, though, I liked the sentiment, so after cleaning it off, I wrote it out again.

Strangely, our little cabin contained a few decorations here and there that clearly represented satanic images and symbols. They stood out from the rest of the woodsy decor, so I couldn't help but include the theme in my drawing. Next, I included the blue bird who had been watching me through the window for the last 10 minutes. This was turning out to be much better than a boring old refrigerator!

Just as I was finishing the grass, I realized the shower wasn't running and YS was dressed and looking rather hungry. Luckily, he likes spanking me more than he likes breakfast, so he used the opportunity to grab the camera and capture what happens to naughty wives who color instead of making breakfast. I'm sure I learned my lesson ;)

Afterwards, I did make him an extra yummy breakfast, and soon we headed out for a hike (quite possibly to scout out good spots for spankings!) Along the way we passed an interesting little structure, which I found both creepy and oddly intriguing. I'm not sure what it is exactly, but seeing the words on this funny little hut left me feeling just as embarrassed as if there had been a paddle hanging from the roof.

After gawking a bit, we continued on down a path that would lead us to a river.

I had recently purchased the perfect pocket knife, and I was anxious to put it to good use. Basically, I wanted to cut switches, so while I was inspecting the local selection of trees, YS picked me a pretty yellow flower and tucked it into one of my braids. I love this man so much. As he would put it, he's "romantic as fuck." But truly, he is! <3

Several branches later, I'd selected a few good switches, and we headed back to the cabin. Sherman was under the impression that he'd acquired a brand new bundle of sticks, so he was obviously thrilled.

In addition to the creepy rusted structure in the back yard, there was also an old swing set, which I spotted upon our return. The actual swings were missing, but there was a conveniently placed ring hanging from a chain, and it happened to be just the right height! YS stepped inside to get our new strap (from ouch.co.uk) and the camera, and then he set me to hopping about.

To be continued...
